“HMO, PPO, and HDHP with HSA available. Lowest cost option is the HDHP”
“1000 hour waiting period, with a 10% discretionary match of what an employee contributes during the plan year. Employee must be employed on the last day of the plan year to get the match.”
The best thing about the benefits plan is the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Each year employees receive shares in the company with no cost to employees. It is a great tool for retention and retirement.
Solid benefits package that includes several different medical options, dental options, vision and even employee discounts. Generous paid time off policy (12 days a year) not to mentioned being an employee owner.
Okay benefits, could be better. Not good medical for family.

As a contractor's thy offer a benefits plan that is good, and some sick paid days. The benefits are really basics and you don't get PTOs or 401k.
Have to wait at least 90 days I think?
Best is the health insurance and even having the option to virtually meet with a doctor. It has encouraged me to ensure I am taking advantage of the benefits.
Small 401k match, not very competitive for the market
