    HMO, PPO, and HDHP with HSA available. Lowest cost option is the HDHP

    1000 hour waiting period, with a 10% discretionary match of what an employee contributes during the plan year. Employee must be employed on the last day of the plan year to get the match.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(4 comments)

    Aside from the national holidays, some managers are very generous about PTO. Others don’t manage well when their staff takes time off and it negatively affects culture.

Contracted they were whatever. No communication. I never missed a paycheck so that was a plus. No instructions on how to use sick time.

No PTO, or sick days unless your state law requires it, terrible pay, no holidays outside of client holidays. No bereavement leave. The medical coverage they offer is almost non-existent, the healthcare network they use is obscure and also expensive for the pay.

Time off does vary by state as there are different regulations around the country, and sometimes also vary by the client/worksite.

Healthcare Benefit prices are a little high but normal for the industry. 401k and ESOP offered which is awesome.

Every national holiday is recognized, including Veterans Day, Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, and we have one floating holiday day to use in Nov or Dec. We can also take off a day during the month of our work anniversary. Taking time off and feeling like you’re not a burden is different among teams. Some managers deal well with vacations and some dont. Health benefits aren’t competitive but the org does its best to keep costs down. ESOP is a good addition to the 401k plan, which is helpful since the 401k plan is not ideal.

Eastridge has a great holiday schedule for internal employees and with the ESOP you can have an additional payout when leaving.

Decent medical coverage but not the best out there. The dental is middle of the road as well. Did not use the vision coverage. There are a lot of other perks that they will not do including any sort of wellness or fitness reimbursement.
