Offers sick time and PTO, Paid holidays, 401k, dental, and health insurance
need better options for insurance
As a contractor's thy offer a benefits plan that is good, and some sick paid days. The benefits are really basics and you don't get PTOs or 401k.
Have to wait at least 90 days I think?
Best is the health insurance and even having the option to virtually meet with a doctor. It has encouraged me to ensure I am taking advantage of the benefits.
Small 401k match, not very competitive for the market
Theft. I'm blamed for not being able to work extra hours because a safety light was stolen from my belongings. The supervisors who asked me was supposed to be watching belongings and felt they and no responsibility to actually supervise. Two offices refuse to investigate this or even apologize.
There are two groups of employees: Corporate and Temporary Staff benefits, with each being offered medical, dental, vision, life, in addition to other perks and services. Within each group, medical cost vary on which option is selected.
They didn't offer any type of brnifits because It's considered contract or temp help
there is no benefits but if you have school or family situations that come up they're willing to work things out with you to make sure your hours stay the same.
