Decent vacation availability just make sure you schedul early
Industry standard of two weeks with an additional week at 5 years, etc. but hopefully management will recognize this needs to change. Option to add one week of purchased vacation was added in 2017 due to younger generation employee resource group advocating for it.
2 weeks paid vacation every year with the option to buy a extra week vacation every year.

Minimum two weeks paid off. If you wanted more time paid off, you had to buy your own vacation. Sometimes they would have mandatory unpaid leave if the company was struggling with profitability in Q4.
Only 10 day paid vacation, they decide when you take that vacation time, and there is no roll over or buy back of vacation days if they can't get them scheduled for you before the end of the year.
