Could use more benefits but overall they are enough for what the position is.
Good benefits, I was able to go to a doctor in downtown chicago.
Industry standard PTO and sick days, extremely expensive health insurance if you have a family. Echo should offer an HMO option if they want to attract and retain a diverse set of employees.
Good health insurance and paid vacation.
Decent benefits. Glad they offer Health Saving accounts with some benefit packages.
Fantastic deductible and out of pocket, generous PTO/VTO, paid paternity leave. Poor 401k match
Full insurance, 401K, and PTO are pros, while the low amount of company holiday, no stock-buy options, and no cell-phone discount plan are big cons
Echo provided a great health insurance program, 401k matching, good work-life balance, and a two week "bonding leave" for me when my wife had our second child.
The company has pretty good benefits in terms of vacation, 401K. I wish health insurance was a little more affordable to cover a family with two kids. No stock options for employees.
Over all I really like everything I am offered. I would prefer the do a match for my 401K.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
