Echo offers a competitive and generous benefits package. They offer medical, dental, vision, life, 401K percentage match, paid vacation, sick leave and much more.
The health insurance cost is high for what is offered.
Health Insurance is great for a single person. Not so much for a family. 401k is pretty good
- Beer Fridays - Summer party - Paid volunteer time - Mentor team for interns - Workplace - Rooftop patio
401k match is great and it's a nice thing to know they are willing to help invest in your future
quarterly bonuses based on the overall performance of the company have been nice. $1000 bonus every quarter so far
I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike about the benefits package at Echo Global Logistics.
Overall benefits package may be considered competitive in the logistics industry, but it doesn't match up if you come from any other industry...especially coming from Tech. 401k match is only 1.5% and in order to get that, you have to contribute 6%. Health premiums are pretty high for a company this size. PTO is minimal and there is very little flexibility for work from home, shifting hours, etc. Overall, very far behind when it comes to offering a competitive benefit package.
High premium. But overall plan is very good and information is well put provided. Low premiums would help a lot!
Echo provided health benefits that were up to par. The compensation is average for post-college graduates. Overall I have no complaints about health benefits.
