I would say it's medium. Not best and not worst. 401K matching is 6% with 9% of deduction. Medical Insurance is High deductible which is common these days. They offer Bonus which maybe 5% maximum. There are no separate sick leave but combined with normal 2 week vacation time to make it 3 weeks. As you complete 5 years of service, you get 1 extra week.

EchoStar offers a 401K and they do contribute stock to it as profit sharing. They offer only one insurance plan. It is expensive and has a very high deductible. EchoStar has the worst benefits of any company for which I have ever worked

They offer the basics, but cost is high and choice is non-existent. Single, high-deductible provider, take-it-or-leave it.

I think the benefits were fair they paid for some of my school. They had tuition reimbursement.

Expensive benefits, terrible 401k match, and vesting.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Manager in El Paso, Illinois

No real perks, same as most major corps.

The deductible on the health insurance just kept going up which hurts after a while

Health coverage is expensive and covers the minimum. This is especially true for larger families. Although the Eye and Dental plans are not bad.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Operations Manager in Gilbert, Arizona

Below industry standards, very high deductible, one choice, high out of pocket amount.

Bare minimum of ACA coverage, and was slashed down in 2017.
