StarStarStarStarStar Current Engineer II in Englewood, Colorado

From 0-5 years of working here, you get 10 Paid Day Offs and 5 Sick Days. It is not enough if your family doesn't live in the same city. I was only able to fly to India to see my parents ONCE in those first 5 years because of this stupid vacation plan. Unless someone dies or it's your own wedding, they don't even talk about how you feel not visiting your family oversees.

Average overall. The sick time was on the slim side and no carry over so that was the downside.
