Okay benefits. Nothing special about it
The company offers a health insurance package but the standard, non HSA plan has no copay for doctors visits. This means that for a regulr visit, instead of the typical $30-50 copay, you are paying the FULL price of the visit until your deductible is met. A standard office visit runs us about $200 a pop PER FAMILY MEMBER. It adds up quick when you have kids that need to see the doctor frequently
