Health care is okay, vision is mediocre at best. No 401k matching, after 5 years employees are vested and can receive stock options. Vacation time is 2 weeks for the first 3 years, then increases to 3 weeks. Compensation is okay but raises a puny.
I have health insurance, life insurance, dental and medical insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays through the company. There is no 401K matching, but the company does contribute funding toward employees retirement based on number of years with the company and annual salary.
Insurance benefits are below average, but definitely improved last year. Quality of life benefits are much better as far as flexible work schedules and PTO.
On par with other consulting firms, if you stay long enough the defined contribution plan is a nice nest egg.
Health insurance is the worst thing about the benefits package.
