High quality health care benefits.
Generous 401k match; however, healthcare benefits are expensive with a high deductible.
caregiver leave, insurance has large deductible but they do give quarterly $ toward HSA account to help lower out of pocket expense
The insurance is very strong and only a quarter of the cost from my previous employer. They also match 6% of retirement contributions, plus a portion of HSA without needing to contribute. They also have a strong PPL and life insurance benefits.
The best thing about the benefits package is the employer match for the 401(k)! 100% match on the first 6% that you contribute and your balance is immediately vested. The vacation time is competitive but the time you accrue rolls over year to year, which is nice. Medical insurance premiums are a little high but the company provides a good amount of HSA contributions.
401k match is higher than I've ever had. It's great that you can carry PPL over, which many companies have done away with. HDHP is not ideal, but the company puts money into your HSA each year to try to help offset costs. Caregiver and crisis leave is completely unique to this company - I've never seen that before (can use this for birth of a child too).
Best was the training and support - amazing team with a heart for what they do. Worst would be wanted to start with a bit more vacation time since I came with 25 years of experience. Still the vacation time was higher than most places and there is a unique situation at this community.
401k is a very generous benefit with good match and vesting program
I live that the company does a match to our dollars for the 401K
Insurance is such a joke. Over priced.. I would do better unemployed and getting Medicaid!
