I like the clothes, the benefit package was good for retail industry. They also provided extra perks at Christmas time -- meals and snacks to help the employees.
The best thing is their Incredible benefits for the most part although in the past they have been even better. They got you covered.
One of the best perks was the employee discount for clothing. The thing I liked least was the incentive plan. It was driven off the results of the company vs. the effort of any individual and has not been achieved for years.
The best thing about the benefit package was full insurance and the grace period to apply after your initial hire
Great work life balance. Benefit time is all lumped together at 160 hours per year
As a part time employee that worked full time hours I was not eligible for benefits.
-Health, dental, vision. -Partial maternity leave. -30 Day paid time off, although, it can be difficult to manage a 3+ day vacation because work does not allow it. -50% employee discount. -401K
Can't think of any poor benefits.
The sick days and vacation days are lumped together. It's a "use if or lose it" policy. Not able to roll over unused vacation days.
There were no benefits
