Vacation and paid time off
You have to be careful taking too much time off. Managers are supportive but taking too much of your PTO all at once may come back to haunt you in terms of what projects you get.
The PTO and sabbatical program at Edelman is top notch.
Vacation days could be better considering how hard we work, but other than that, benefits are top notch. Just have to know what you need.

Good vacation days and PTO. Depending on how Christmas and New Years Eve fall, may get that whole week off (pending client work). You also receive a day off during your birthday month and optional days to use during the summer time.

The sabbatical offering is terrific
Depending on what team you're on it's usually pretty easy to get time off. Time is a basic 2 weeks pto, 10 sick, and 6 optional days for a fiscal year.
