The health insurance is very high quality and affordable. The HSA program is modern and is nice to have as a backup if something happens.
Several employees have had their kids dropped from the current program for costing too much to cover. They are now talking about switching to a stipend model which may be better overall.
Best thing: flexibility and work-from-home opportunities. Worst thing: no paid maternity leave or paternity leave.
The company has started a guaranteed 401k match. The match % isn't overly competitive, but it is nice. The health insurance options have greatly improved over the last couple years.
