There aren’t any benefits packages from working at Edible Arrangements from what I am aware of. You do get paid overtime for working holidays. You can also receive vacation and sick hours.

There is no benefits package, although the owner occasionally gave gift cards and holiday packages to regular employees. I think the gift cards were somewhat performance-based, but only came on special holidays like Christmas. A nice plus on the big holidays was that we got free lunches like Dominoes Pizza, Subway and Panera because the holidays were crazy-busy and we all often had to eat on the run.

It isn't much, but foe someone with no benefits, it was good.

Seasonal help, was able to discuss hours due to school. Fruit prep is a simple task but never ending as they try to get done as much as possible.

None, depends on owner of the franchise. Our owner/manager was kind enough to offer small holiday bonuses and occasionally bought meals. No medical benefits available.
