Decent benefits and pricing for this day in age in relation to size of company. They do have regular training seasons to improve teaching, which my seem boring to some but you did always come away learning something positive. Company meetings and training always provided lunch; nice perk. Nice vacation and Holiday package.

Best - BCBS is accepted by most providers. Worst - High deductible and copays.
