They had good medical benefits but they stopped contributing 401K
Company terminated raises, promotions, and 401k matching. Health care was dropped in favor of a package that required $3000 out of pocket max no matter the plan selected. This occurred once EDMC failed and Dream Center took over. That company is now closing as well.

What benefits..... Each year benefits went away one by one.
I thought the benefits were at or above average for other employers in the area
Student workers don't get benefits, but I know that regular employees get discounts and college help (if I remember correctly)which is pretty great. Also, the employees do training pretty frequently which is good.

There is no 401k which is awful benefits are. Extremely expensive as well it’s a shame with no retirement
10 to 25 PTO days and 12 holiday days per year. 401K but no match is offered.
