Vacation and Time-off benefits was good at EDMC
Paid time off was provided, and was competitive to the industry standard
10 to 25 days off per year and 12 PTO.
Never had any problems getting time off as well was giving a good amount of time off. Only thing I wish I did was travel more but was young and rather use it for a Monday off here and there lol
only two weeks no sick time and limited holidays
Best was time accrued and amount. Worst was you never got to take vacation because their was no slow time.
16 days to start plus 12 holidays
PTO is good. Two or three weeks when you start and then increases after 5 and 10 years
PTO is very fair for employees
