There is no employer match
Fully vested immediately after you start!
Not great.... it's all about bonuses
Employer has match up to 1000 after employee puts in
Good investment options and vesting schedule for match and profit share
The 401K plan is with TransAmerica. Its a good plan.
It is offered - so very good it is at least available (especially since many employers do not offer one) - but match for BOAs is low (this may also be true for back office employees) and I don’t believe there is a match for financial advisors (this may have changed, as the company has been systematically re-vamping FA compensation over the past several years). The company does offer profit sharing and they do provide generous profit sharing contributions to employees when the company is profitable overall (which has bee true of most of the past 13 years).
ability to direct the risk tolerance and investment portfolio
They offer good matches and profit sharing. This helps as a factor of your annual compensation.
Maximum $500 match per year! Really?! There is a profit sharing component which helps, but this is ridiculous coming from a company that makes a fortune on other individual's retirement plans.
