Health insurance is a valuable benefit, EJ is very fair in terms of employees sharing the cost of health care, and the benefits package is pretty generous.
You must meet a $3300 deductible before they kick anything in.
The insurance is pricey but the company does front the money and it is taken out of your pay throughout the year per paycheck.

There Health insurance plan has a 3k deductible and you don't even get Rx coverage until that deductible is met. In four years I never once hit my deductible. You do benefit from discounted rates for medical care ironically this make it even harder to hit your deductible,

Jones has a high deductible plan with an HSA. The company advances you most of the deductible in your HSA. Considering the current state of health care this is a good plan
low premiums, I guess. but individual deductible is $3350. yes HSA and company matches $500 single and $1000 for family. anyhow, it's very expensive for me.
