    The firm is very progressive in this space for our industry. For financial advisors- the fly out a person to take care of your clients while you’re on leave.

    Maternity leave just changed to 16 weeks. You get zero of your salary if you're still on it, and you get the average of your last 6 months of commissions. Your standards do not stop increasing while you are gone, so you play catch up when you're back.

    Primary caregivers are entitled to 16 weeks; secondary caregivers are entitled to 2 weeks.

    They just changed it to make it way better for new mothers in the field as FA's. It used to be bad but they really improved it.
