Most Financial Advisors consider not retiring because you can get to place where you only have to work a few days a week. The firm does offer retirement transition plans when and if you decide to retire.
Lots of choices and options.
Limited Partnership is a wonderful way to help with Retirement
If you become an LP that offers some income for retirement. Don't count on it, though, as offers are low and few and far between when they do happen. The 401k is just ok. $500 match and profit sharing. Overall it is just average.
LP opportunity, Profit Sharing. Many people stay at EJ for the retirement benefits...which can also feel like golden handcuffs
Very good. Advisors get profit sharing.
above average benefits plan, insurance is a little expensive with high deductible.
For a company who's business is retirement planning, their plan is awful. They have a profit sharing component and that is a plus, but the most they match for anyone is $500 per year.
Not much help to achieve long term
Profit sharing is awesome because it beats immediately. Not too common.
