Edwards has an amazing benefits package. They provide bonuses, full medial, full dental, vision and HSA/PPO or HMO. Additionally, 401Ks are encouraged and vacation and sick time is great.
As a contractor there's no PTO, but after 1000 hours work you start receiving holiday pay. There is also insurance provided through the recruiting agency.
