Blue cross blue shield. Increasing in cost and decreasing in benefits every year though.

Not the cheapest insurance, 5,500 deductible, 35 - 50 co-pay, didn't cover some specialty things such as orthodics

StarStarStarStarStar Current General Manager in Houston, Texas

The deductible to something to be desired

I'm sure that (as with everything else Einstein's is involved in) it found a way to pay the least amount of money to provide a low-quality sub-standard product to the employees to satisfy the minimum requirements that the state imposed on it.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Baker in Las Vegas, Nevada

its was ok for the most part

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Lakewood, Colorado

Price per month isn't terrible but deductible is high.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Saint Louis, Missouri

Health insurance for managers is VERY EXPENSIVE, and no time off is ever allowed to go to the doctor during normal hours, so good luck using it. As for hourly employees, their insurance is little more than a discount card.
