great benefit package lots of flexible fridays during the summer and lots of pto upwards of 20 days which is great.

The medical is extremely expensive and the employee match for the 401k is minimal. The PTO is generous and they recently implemented a dress for your day policy which allows you to dress casually depending on what meetings you may have hat day.
Pros: 20 days of PTO Cons: Health Insurance is pretty unaffordable if you have a family
Time off is the best thing, and the worst is the cost of family health insurance and the 401K match needs improvement for all staff.
