Vacation days are given up to two weeks for full time employees only. Also, 401k contributions, a nice health plan, and life insurance assistance. Part time employees get the state mandatory sick day pay.
No package, or at least not offered to me
My manager was great when I need days off when I had something important, I got 50 percent off on meals and 25 when outside of work.
There's not much benefits they work which you though
The only perk for crew members are the discounts you get 50% off your whole bill while on the clock or duty day and 25% for anyother time
No benefits at all when working on franchise.
I worked part time so i didn't have any benefits package
i don't know to much about the company's perks other than getting 25% off non discounted items.
Best thing is you get 50% off a meal when you work. Worst is most companies give u free food during your shifts.
Like many companies, employees have to work a certain number of hours on average a week to qualify for these benefits. Many of my coworkers who did qualify, had to constantly remind the general manager to input their paid time off. For those who become shift leaders or a higher position, benefits are decent. While shift leaders and people with higher rank are provided with a free meal, the rest of the employees receive a 50% discount while working, and a 25% discount on days off or when they clocked off.
