Best: the Long Term Incentive - vests over 4 years. Worst: health benefits - really high deductibles
I seriously don't know nor care. The benefits are sub par and you get what you pay for. I hope that answers your question
ok 401k, good 401k matching, pension plan for some employees, good vacation days (4 weeks) and sick days. Very focused on work/like balance. ok 401k, good 401k matching, pension plan for some employees, good vacation days (4 weeks) and sick days. Very focused on work/like balance.
You get ample time off and bankers holidays off. Plus they will match 401k up to a certain percentage
401k plan is 4% match at the end of the year. Vacation time is dependent on grade level and time in the company. I started with 4 weeks. Health insurance plans are lacking. Bottom level coverage plans.
Health insurance , 401 K package , paid time off , vacation , sick leave, Dental insurance , Education reimbursement
the benefits are not very good. I chose not to purchase at all. there is a pension program after 3 years
Great benefits also a Pension which is unheard of anymore. Paid sick time adds as long as your at work
During my internship, the work life balance was really good. Food was good too, even though a little expensive.
