Best thing about the benefits package is that it is relatively competitive in the aerospace . The worst thing is that it creates anxiety when one of your household does not pass biometrics for the health discount.

Great matching 401K plan.
The company offers good medical, dental and vision insurance plans, a 9/80 flexible work schedule, on-site fitness center, nurse/clinic and a cafeteria. In addition to the 401K employer match, there is a 401K employer contribution for new employees. The vacation accrual during the first 5 years could be better, but it is offset by the 9/80 work schedule and a culture that cares about work-life balance.
Benefits are below industry standard. HR expects gratitude for poor benefits.

The best of the benefits are 48 hours personal time a year. Flex-time is also useful. I believe the isurance premiums could be a little less.
I was a contractor so I didn't receive any benefits other than financial compensation per hour.
