Full health insurance with a laughably small employee contribution ($50/mo for a family). Company fully funds the HSA each January, which is very unusual. Good dental and vision. Also has short and long-term disability insurance in case something unfortunate happens. 401k 1:1 matching to 4.5% with 401k profit sharing typically at the maximum-allowed amount. Vacation is a bit sub-par at 2w until 20 years, with sick leave at 5 days forever. Profit sharing us given during profitable years.

Excellent healthcare costs for individual(no salary deductions) and family is minimal $30pp. Profit sharing and 401k contributions(max govt allowed) are excellent.
Fully funded HSA. It's disappointing that so many health insurance plans have gone high deductible. EI's response has been to deposit that figure in each eligible employee's HSA at the beginning of the year.

Good HDHP with annual employer contribution to HSA that scales with family size and effectively reduces the deductible by more than half. Great 401(k) matching and intermittent additional 401(k) profit sharing contribution. Intermittent profit sharing cash bonuses also scale to family size (much to the chagrin of single and/or childless employees).
