Non CA offices is 10 weeks paid for mom and dad. 12 weeks non paid for both.

10 weeks, paid. For moms and dads. You don't have to use all 10 weeks all at once either, so if you want to take 4 weeks off at birth, and then a week or two here and there for other things, that's totally fine. This is on top of the PTO you already get.

This is something that only applies to RFT employees; the contract workforce doesn't directly get time off.
