It's possibly the best thing about the job. PTO, paid holidays, health insurance galore, along with other perks like discounts for other things like phone, car rentals, tickets to amusement parks and shows, and all sorts of other things.

It's hard to narrow it down to just one, because there are so many great benefits. Family healthcare deductible is like $650, Dads also get 10 paid weeks off for a new baby, free games every year, family friendly office parties -- the one everyone looks forward to though is Park Day. Every year (usually during late spring), our entire office (and families) goes to Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure theme parks, completely paid for by EA (including food while you're there).

Health insurance is really great and covers all of my primary expenses. Additionaly there is a great vacation policy and flex time is nice if you have a family.
