Health care, Pension, Work from Home option
Benefits were standard, which is the only positive thing I can say about this place
work life balance was good, met some great and talented people. Management was not interfering in most activities but the client was very demanding and had to appease them to no end.
401 k match is not great
401K didn't exist when I was hired.
Health insurance coverage was offered and I remember it was pretty decent, then there was a shift and my portion of payment increased noticeably.
The benefits package was comprehensive enough to cover multi-cultural interests.
holidays were not really good
As with most companies these days benefits seemed to decrease. I did get 4 weeks of paid vacation and I could work remotely sometimes. Back when I started there was gift cards for dinner for 2 for a job well done and things like that. the past 4 or 5 years you were lucky if you got a cost of living raise.
