you have options for choosing medical insurance based on your needs and it starts immediately after starting work, and after 3 months can use the holiday off paid
Basic health insurance, nothing else
the benefit package was the least amount they could offer for the most amount it would cost the employee. healthcare was a joke as was the salary
Barely any heath insurance at all. No dental or vision, or 401k... they don't direct deposit at all. Health insurance gives you 3 dr visits per year.
You get 2 doctor visits a year. Literally the lowest grade health care they can legally give you.
Expensive, catastrophic insurance. Better off using other insurance outside EE. 1 week paid vacation per year, doesn't matter how long you have worked there you don't gain any more days. Vacation time does not roll over. Though most employees there do have children, I just don't see how this company could be flexible or accommodating to family-related situations that arise. I am so glad I left before I started got married and a family.
Non-existent. I have heard of managers declining the "free insurance" they get due to how awful it was. For other employees, they offer nothing. Aside from mediocre training sessions, I had no benefits as an employee of this company.
No 401K, no dental or vision. Health insurance offered but it's so high in price it's not worth it. 1 week paid vacation a year whether you've been there 3 years or 13 years.
There are none of those things. No benefits of any kind, not even direct deposit and your required to attend a sales meeting every saturday morning at 8am whether working that day or not. Required to be the customer service, warehouse loader/unloader on top of your sales rep job.
Health insurance is essentially just catastrophic and you pay 100%. No 401k plans, vacation is for a very limited amount of employees and is only 5 vacation, 2 personal. They don't roll over and can not be cashed out.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
