Standard Voluntarily Benefits package
1) Health insurance is offered. 2) 401(k) plan is available, but with 0% company match as of this writing. 3) All paid time off, to include holidays, sick, and vacation, comes out of the same bucket that is accrued over time. So if you're a new employee coming in at the holiday season, you may not be able to accrue time off fast enough to even take the standard holidays as paid at first. Using the full accumulation over one year would net you 20 workdays off, again including all holidays, sick, and vacation. Accumulated time-off is not paid out at resignation. That is the complete benefits package as of this writing.
