    I love this pkg due to the low copay for office visits and Rx. The deductible (surgeries, etc) is approx $3k per person ($6k family max), $6k max out of pocket ($12k family max)

    One of the best benefits Elevate has to offer is the family leave policy. Full-time employees, both male and female, receive a generous amount of time off when welcoming a new child. Not only do they offer this benefit, but they fully encourage employees to utilize it and it is not something that is offered, but frowned upon when utilized. The primary caregiver receives 12 weeks at full pay, but the best part is the two additional weeks once you return to work. They realize that the first year with a newborn comes with sick days, doctor check-ups, etc. and they give you extra days, separate from PTO, to use. It really does help with balancing life as a parent, while still committing to working full-time.

    Generous package. Company tries to stay progressive. Company could broaden base of benefits more but overall not bad. Pays a large piece of healthcare.
