Opportunity knocks. And offers free breakfast.
At Elevate, we provide competitive salaries and a broad array of comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, matching 401(k) plans, and a generous Paid Time Off plan. Elevate is a fun place to come to work every day, and it’s a company that encourages career advancement through twice yearly reviews, personal development plans, and coaching.
We want every employee’s professional life at Elevate to be challenging and rewarding, but we also encourage healthy habits. We even provide physical fitness facilities in our offices and sponsor a number of fun and healthy activities, such as free breakfasts, our annual Biggest Loser contest, and biking/running events.
I love this pkg due to the low copay for office visits and Rx. The deductible (surgeries, etc) is approx $3k per person ($6k family max), $6k max out of pocket ($12k family max)
One of the best benefits Elevate has to offer is the family leave policy. Full-time employees, both male and female, receive a generous amount of time off when welcoming a new child. Not only do they offer this benefit, but they fully encourage employees to utilize it and it is not something that is offered, but frowned upon when utilized. The primary caregiver receives 12 weeks at full pay, but the best part is the two additional weeks once you return to work. They realize that the first year with a newborn comes with sick days, doctor check-ups, etc. and they give you extra days, separate from PTO, to use. It really does help with balancing life as a parent, while still committing to working full-time.
The Bike reimbursement program is nice, supports fitness.
Awesome benefits package from this company. Absolutely no looking back. I love the transition I made from a large corporate government organization.
The worst thing about benefits at Elevate is that cost savings year-to-year tend to flow to the company, not employees.
Maternity leave is good ,Bonus and other benifits good
Generous package. Company tries to stay progressive. Company could broaden base of benefits more but overall not bad. Pays a large piece of healthcare.
Good PTO for Director+, decent health care/vision/dental. Better than average match on 401k. Great new maternity/paternity leave. Free breakfast is basically cereal which everyone just eats in standup, so "meh" on that one.
5 percent 401K Match , Employees Stock program
The perks here are one of the main reasons I was drawn to apply to work for Elevate. There is no dress code, the paid time off is great and the work environment is very casual, fun and collaborative. They also put a lot of focus on healthy habits and provide free healthy breakfast, subsidized healthy lunches and a $500 bike voucher.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
