Premiums are low on medical insurance but the deductible is really high. But there are so many other great benefits! Life insurance and short-term & long-term disability are paid for by the employer for all full-time employees. There is also the option to purchase even more short-term disability coverage and additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse and children. They've added accident insurance and critical illness (including cancer) insurance. In 2016, they added 2 additional paid holidays and changed the PTO policy so that each year you're employed, you gain another day or two of PTO until you reach the cap! You also can use Volunteer PTO to be paid for volunteering with a non-profit that you are passionate about - 3 full days worth! They also offer a great Employee Assistance Program which allows for 8 free session per issue and applies to anyone in your household. On top of all those great benefits, they pay for on-site yoga once a week as well as an on-site nurse!
