Benefits were good, working conditions were fair. A lot of favoritism and HR was the worst.
Best thing about the benefits package at Lilly is that it is holistic. We have free gym memberships (you can be a members at more than one), A fit for life coach to help with all health related goals and issues as well as excellent medical, dental and vision. On top of that a great 401K and pension plan.
120 hours of vaca + floating holidays + 40 hours vaca for purchase. About $50/month for insurance vision included. $8 month for dental.
Lilly still has BOTH a pension program and a great 401k matching program.

Three weeks vacation plus shutdown between christmas and new years. There is also an option to purchase vacation (up to 5 days). The 401k is matched dollar for dollar up to the first 6%. Company offers a free gym membership to a large list of gyms all over the US. The only downside is that vacation doesn't roll over to the next calendar year.
