Great paternity and maternity leave. Downside is you must work 50% around the holiday break during leave of absence

Love the benefits they are exceptional
Great benefits - 5-6 weeks of paid time off and fantastic parental leave other benefits! Pay is a little bit behind competition but other than that is great
Great health care coverage, on-site clinic, 401k with matching, defined benefit pension, generous PTO with a week off during July 4 and Christmas
