Paternity leave benefit recently introduced.
As of 2019, moms and dads now get the same benefit. All new parents will receive 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave, and birth mothers will have eight weeks of paid leave for physical recovery for a total of 18 paid weeks. In addition, all new parents may take an additional 10 weeks of unpaid leave. As we transition to the new benefit, we’re also giving employees who welcomed a child during 2018 an additional three weeks of paid leave to be used in 2019.
paternity leave is 40 hours which can be used in bulk or spread across the first 30? days after child birth. This is good, but more hours would be better.

Up to 10 weeks paid and 6 weeks unpaid maternity leave for moms and 1 week paternity leave for dad’s.
6 week paid plus 4 additional weeks paid to be taken before or after due date. Plus you can take an additional 6 weeks unpaid. Company also allows for up 3 year time off as an inactive employee.
Moms and Dads get off. Mom weeks before birth, I think they get 16 weeks total. I think Dad gets 2 weeks. Not sure, I didn't use this benefit.
