Maternity, paternity, and adoption leaves are available to eligible Lilly employees. Adoption and paternity leave are up to 40 hours and maternity leave can be up to 16 weeks (partially paid).

If you take it when your baby is born, you get 12 weeks paid - however, there is no additional time off given before the baby gets there to assist.
Paid leave for 1 month before due date and 6 weeks after birth, then another 6 weeks unpaid if wanted. May leave up to 2 years after birth and able to re-enter work in another area of the company.
