The company provides many opportunities for employees to benefit outside the job. There is focus on the whole person, not just on your life inside work. This includes healthcare, retirement and fitness options.
They have an associated child-care company, but they are very expensive, which doesn't work for my family. I'd like a few more days base vacation, but you can "purchase" additional vacation every year up to 40 hours if you want. Work from home and flexible hours are definitely some of the best perks to working here.
Good health insurance. 401k matching.
Company year end shut down plus generous vacation, Matching 401K
The benefits at Eli Lilly are amazing. They have gym perks (i.e. prime memberships) available, great maternity leave benefits, and excellent core benefits (medical, dental, vision).
Should have flexible work schedule
Excellent package overall, very competitive
Generous PTO and vacation (including year-end shut down ~4 days), competitive salary and compensation (bonus and equity), comprehensive health insurance benefit, 401K match, pension plan
Good health insurance, pension and 401k match but slow increase in salary and vacation days.
Good vacation time and the benefits are very good. Work at a very safe plant which is a plus. I'd hate to leave.
