Starting benefits include 3 weeks vacation plus 2 shutdown weeks. Excellent maternity and paternity package. Bonus is usually good but there is no performance multiplier, resulting in no incentive for low performers to work harder and the higher-performing employees are not compensated. Company has a pension plan. 401k is good but probably average for the industry.
