The best things about the benefits are the 6% 401k match, pension, maternity leave and in-site daycare.

The benefits package is great. It was definitely a shock when I joined another company and saw the financial impact on my family.

The worst thing about the benefits is the insurance. You get 1200 up front, then, you have to spend 1200 out of pocket, then it is 90/10 (based on the plan you choose). Out of pocket max is like 10,000 and is based on your pay.
