Every employee starts with three weeks off, plus to shut down weeks per year. Maternity and paternity package is 10 weeks paid time off. Additionally there is time off annually for bereavement, illness in the family, sick days, etc however the company does not want you to exceed a certain number of days off per year.

Extra week for anniversary months (10, 15, 20 etc) and everyone gets the week between Christmas and New Year off.
120 hours immediately prorated upon starting your 1st year. 10 floating holidays. 5 days for winter break. 3 personal days. Previously mentioned reset 1/1 every year. Additionally unlimited aka *3 sick days which reset every 365 days. You get 3 before you have to go to HR.
You do get a good vacation plan that increases with time in the company. You can also buy extra vacation which is a great advantage
