Best: Clothing allowance was great! Worst: Health insurance plan was very expensive and not very good.
The medical insurance kicks in after 90 days and is expensive $100+ twice a month for a single person. The dental and eye coverage are average in cost and coverage at $15-20 per paycheck. The 401k has no matching from the company. The employee discount is 30% off full price only.
Health Insurance was pretty good, 401K but they didn't match, not very great vacation days, you need to work there 5+ years to get more.
Provides a company paid for supplemental card that offsets Insurance payments
Clothing allowance- able to wear the latest styles from your company Health insurance was just ok- you get what you pay for.
The best perks include good 401K, 2 weeks a year of vacation, and good insurance.
Health insurance was fantastic. There was also a matched 401K plan (though they took that away).
The medical is excellent but expensive
Health insurance is high but it beats having nothing. The coverage is great. Doesn't match 401k.
Clothing Allowance and worst is no raise, bonus and every year they is huge laid off before the holidays or the New Year. They know how to kill your holiday spirits every year.
