Bare minimum really, not great for a women's health org.
EGPAF offers a very generous paid maternity and paternity leave program; for the primary caregiver, you receive 20 days of paid leave - for the secondary caregiver, 5 days of paid leave. Given that the majority of organizations don't offer anything, this is pretty nice!!!
Recently added paid maternity time off. Way to go!
