    Employee perks, free food, coffee, monthly social, travel to HQ. 401k matching is good, standard for the industry. You are vested in your 401k right away. All employees get a stock grant which vests over 4 years.

    The health benefits are average; they'll tell you the bonus % but it can be much less than what they tell you. 401k is average. You have to wait 4 years before you can get your equity. They'll tell you that you can work from home, but some people can and some can't.

    significant stock grant that is vested over a 4-year period, remote employment, Flexible Time Off for exempt employees (no accrual, you just request whatever time off you want with your manager - the company knows we will get our work done - so they don't need to have an established vacation/sick time limit), annual bonus, eligible for 401K after 3 months - employer match it 100% vested immediately, employee stock ownership plan.
