They recently switched to "flexible time off" for fulltime salaried employees. The idea is that you can have unlimited time off within reason. However, after you have taken 3 weeks (15 days) per year, your executive vice president must approve any time off after that.
They offer a standard vac package. I never had an issue requesting PTO.
Terrible. Not even close to being competitive with any other company. Must earn it before taken and it's lumped in with sick days (PTO). You can't plan ahead due to the small number of days and the earn first policy. If you get the flu, then forget it, you have blown all your vacation time.
All standard government Holidays are paid and PTO accrues very quickly.
