Great options. You can take the base plan or pay extra for something better.

Overall, the benefits are standard but getting reduced every year. What they offer is really disappointing when compared to other tech companies of similar size.

Too expensive for what is offered.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Account Executive in Fairfax, Virginia

Comprehensive and competitive health insurance, reviewed annually and offering all options for staying with current versus choosing new primary care physician.

Wonderful. PPO is great. In network fees are very reasonable

Good health coverage benefits. Compares fairly to other companies.

  • Jul 27, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Boston, Massachusetts

High expenses out of pocket and limited coverage with the provider (Aetna).

  • Jul 19, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Principal Software Support Analyst in Fairfax, Virginia

Very confusing CDHP plan with high deductible. Then they cover 80% after deductible, but they used to cover 90%. Monthly premiums increase annually at faster pace than salaries..
