The employee him/herself is mostly covered. For dependents, the employees will have to pay the most part of the premiums which is expensive. Some divisions/locations offer certain dollar amount per hour to help full-time employees (MDs $ NPs) pay health insurance, regardless of you purchase insurance from EmCare or not. This makes the job a good option for people who do not need health benefits to work at EmCare. I find myself constantly looking for another employer who offers better health benefits which is almost non existent nowadays. Thanks to ObamaCare.

Standard HMO plans (stay in the network, but does not need referral), PPO plan, and HSA plan (high deductible plans).

The benefits are good but the deductibles are getting higher thanks to the Obama Care.

they had health screenings which i felt was a good thing, but the company in which they went through took forever to give you the money they promised for doing them.

IT'S YOUR BASIC BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD. COST AN ARM AND A LEG BUT I THINK IT'S COMPARATIVE TO MOST INSURANCES. NOTHING SPECIAL.
