The company offer great benefits from medical, to 401k and there employee discount program is actually really good !
Embassy Suites had a standard benefits package that included Medical, Dental, Supplemental inusrance, and basic 401k/403B. You could accumulate up to 2 weeks of Personal Time within your first year on the job. This personal time counts for sick days. As far as employee discounts, I've seen better working for other hotels.
The change of insurance companies.
Good room discounts for family and friends. Great insurance. Always having care rallies to show appreciation
Pros: Cheap, excellent insurance, PPO, cheap. Cons: only like 3 options, 90 day wait, high prices rx
Best thing would be the discounted rates for all Hilton Properties. The worst thing is not everything is available and not all the time.
No benefits outside of wages were given.
Health insurance goes up 20 to 30 dollars a year. The eyeglass coverage is minimal compared to the previous insurance company used by the hotel. Most employees can't afford the higher package. A family could pay husband and spouse pay about $8,000 a year for coverage. Families are more.
I didn't take up on any of the benefits except the PTO which accrued on a daily basis based on how many hours that one worked.
Besides the Hilton Discount, there really was not any benefit package offered. The only benefits were the incentives you got for signing up people to our rewards program, that was about it.
