Adjuncts are not eligible for any of the benefits that full-time or tenured faculty are offered. That said, the union for adjuncts does successfully negotiate for pay increases.
As new adjunct faculty there are no benefits. No health insurance, no sick time, not even parking.

Vacation time for exempt employees is generous. Also, we have dental insurance.
Vacation, sick days, and time off are all very fair and competitive, if not superior to the area. Management is great about letting you take time around the holidays - it's a school! That makes it easy!

As i was working as part-time teaching assistant, I did not have a benefits package.
I don't get any benefits because I am a student worker for the College.
The best benefit is the free room and board. However, besides working at the front desk, there are no concrete monetary benefits which to some, might be a problem
