The benefits are on the low end of most companies in the area. They offer a basic 3 weeks for most employees. They also offer a 3% match on your 401K and basic healthcare plans. They only have a 2 week paternity leave. They are a very conservative company and seem like they go with whatever the smallest package is that would still be considered fine.
