Need to get 401k
The Insurance Benefits were OK. Not the best I had but not the worst. They did offer a 401K as well and the PTO was generous. There was also a Bonus Plan that if the company as a whole performed, the various groups got the bonus' as they related to their area
Did not participate,, but plans were available
There is nothing good about their benefits.
They offer many benefits you just can only accept them during certain times of the year. Have to be willing to pay for it. Have to educate yourself,
Great healthcare coverage / HSA at a low cost. As a single employee my cost was less then $50 per month
Great benefits, including PTO, 401k, and if you enroll in the Vitality program you pay less out of your pocket for healthcare.
Generous PTO plan, but 401(k) match only exists sometime
Best; Vacation days worse; 401 k match
Great insurance coverage. PTO and sick days rolled into "time off" so you don't have to pick and choose.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
